The Zambia Institute of Mass Communications(ZAMCOM), the only zambian Institute of higher learning for the training of journalists and professionals in creative industries, signed an agreement cooperation between the Russian Center of Science and Culture in Zambia.
 The agreement provides for:
- The development of training and retraining of employees of creative industries and media within the framework of the quota of the Government of Russia
- The inclusion of the Russian language in the training of journalists
- Conducting master classes in creative specialties, social media, branding, visual communications by teachers from Russia for students of the institute and the community of journalists and communication agencies of Zambia
- Joint holding of expert round tables, exhibitions and other cultural events
- Organization of a joint radio program for the study of the Russian language
- Recording a video course in Russian for the educational channel of the Ministry of Education of Zambia
 On July 21, employees of the Russian Center began teaching the elementary course of the Russian language and conducting master classes in social media communications for students of the institute.
